1. Introduction
Welcome to the website of IMMI.LAW, dedicated to HDLP.LAW’s services in the fields of immigration and citizenship law. By accessing, browsing, or using this website, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions, which govern the relationship between you (“User”) and IMMI.LAW (“Firm”). These Terms and Conditions comply with all applicable Missouri and United States federal laws as applicable.
2. Disclaimer: No Legal Advice
All content and materials presented on this website are for general informational and discussion purposes only. Nothing on this website shall be construed as specific legal advice, legal guidance, or a substitute for professional counsel. The information provided is not intended to address any specific issue, case, or circumstance, and should not be relied upon for making decisions regarding legal matters. For advice tailored to your individual situation, please consult a licensed attorney directly. Use of this website does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and IMMI.LAW, HDLP.LAW, or any attorney at such firm.
3. Attorney-Client Relationship
Use of this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is established only after a written agreement has been signed by both a client and the Firm, specifying the scope of representation and mutual obligations. Until such an agreement is executed, communications with IMMI.LAW are not generally considered privileged or confidential.
4. Privileged Communications
After the attorney-client relationship is established, communications between the Client and IMMI.LAW are generally protected by attorney-client privilege and will be treated as confidential, subject to applicable Missouri and federal law. The Firm will not disclose privileged information except as required by law or with the Client’s express consent.
5. Payment of Fees and Expenses
Clients agree to pay all legal fees and related expenses as specified in the written engagement agreement in a timely manner. All payments must be made in United States currency (USD). Failure to pay fees and expenses when due may result in suspension or termination of legal services, and IMMI.LAW reserves the right to use any legal remedies available to pursue collection of unpaid amounts.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to the attorney-client relationship, fees, services, or these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively as follows:
6.1 The Missouri Bar Fee Dispute Resolution Program
This program is specifically designed to handle disagreements between clients and attorneys regarding the payment or amount of legal fees and expenses. The Fee Dispute Resolution Program offers voluntary mediation and arbitration services, helping both parties come to an amicable agreement on financial matters. Arbitration decisions, when both parties agree to participate, are typically binding. Submission to this program does not require either party to waive any other substantive rights unless a final agreement or award is reached.

6.2 The Missouri Bar Complaint Resolution Program
This program addresses concerns or complaints about an attorney’s professional conduct that do not necessarily involve fees. Through mediation or facilitated communication, the Complaint Resolution Program seeks to resolve complaints about professional service, ethical issues, or communication problems between a lawyer and client. This process is informal and does not result in discipline but aims to find practical solutions to client concerns.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, both the Client and IMMI.LAW consent to resolve any fee disputes through the Missouri Bar Fee Dispute Resolution Program and to address professional conduct concerns through the Missouri Bar Complaint Resolution Program, unless otherwise required by law. The parties waive recourse to litigation for such matters, except as may be mandated by applicable law.
7. Compliance with Laws
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri and applicable United States federal laws. The Firm and the Client agree to comply with all relevant statutes, regulations, and ethical rules as established by the Missouri State Bar and federal authorities.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
IMMI.LAW reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
